This NEW 5BR/4BA Luxury Beach Home includes 2 Master Suites, accommodations for families with babies & toddlers, spectacular Gulf views, and a large Private Pool with a one-of-a-kind shallow kid’s play area (i.e. only 16" deep) that is perfect for toddlers!

Our home is custom built for 1 to 3 families that each want a Master Suite / King bedroom, 2 bedrooms for the kid's w/ 4 bunk bed sets, a crib room for up to 2 babies, and a large 1st floor King bedroom/bath for the grandparents or anyone that may have trouble climbing stairs! For families with toddlers and babies, we provide a crib in its own room inside the 1st Master Suite. We also provide a pack-n-play, high-chair, 2 toddler booster seats, baby walker, stroller, and kids pool/beach toys free!

Our home is a short walk to 2 open air beach restaurants/bars with great views of the gulf that are a lot of fun for lunch, drinks or dinner for the whole family; an ice cream shop for the kids; a gourmet coffee shop for the adults; and a pizza parlor with video games and a juke box for the family! The home boasts 4300 square feet of luxury living space and is located in an exclusive gated community only a short 100 yards from our private beach access!
