This beautifully decorated and furnished vacation home will provide the perfect base for your vacation. Our air-conditioned 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home offers a high ceilinged open plan central living area with a spacious and relaxed feel. From the living room with adjacent dining area an archway leads to the kitchen and breakfast nook which overlooks the large family room. The kitchen is fitted to the highest standard with a large stove, microwave, dishwasher, ice making fridge-freezer and waste disposal. From coffee maker to plastic plates for pool and lanai use, the kitchen is fully equipped. The utility room houses a large washing machine and tumble drier, an iron and ironing board for those who wish to travel light. The family room has a 50" HDTV and digital cable, surround sound dvd and dvd´s, Hi Fi, PS2 with games and a selection of board games. Both the living room and the family room have patio doors leading to the pool area (fitted with alarms for the saftey of our younger guests). The 1st master suite has a walk in closet and superb en-suite facilities including mega shower, bath and twin wash basins. This spacious bedroom has a US kingsized bed ceiling fan and cable tv. Alarmed patio doors also lead to the pool area. The 2nd master suite also has en-suite facilities, cable tv and a door to the pool area. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds, cable tv´s and share a bathroom. All the bedrooms have large closets and plenty of drawer space. A double sofabed is provided in the living room so villa Sirenia can sleep 8-10 in comfort. Outside there is a large, fully screened, private pool deck and extended lanai. The freeform pool and spa can be heated although pool heat is not recommended in the summer months. The spa can be heated separately for that luxurious touch. Cushioned chairs and sun loungers take the hard work out of sunbathing and relaxing by the pool. Lights and fans will enable you to spend time out on the fabulous lanai during the heat of the day and dine alfresco after dark. The games room has a full size table tennis table, arcade style Air-hockey and pool table. Our management company looks after several homes on Tuscan Ridge and have an excellent reputation. They are on hand should you need them, although they do not have to be present to let you in to the villa. &a
