Your vacation home is located in the quieter section, yet is an easy walk to beaches, shopping, zoo, aquarium, Diamond Head park, and incredible dining. Conveniently equipped with a full kitchen allows for relaxing meals on the small lanai overlooking the Ala Wai Canal, golf course and beautiful mountain views. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and is surrounded on two sides by large windows providing amazing night-time vistas of the mountains. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room has a new sleeper sofa. Recent renovations include highspeed wireless internet access, hardwood bamboo floor, flat screen TV, new sofa, recliner, linens, towel, dishes, pots&pans, newly painted bedrooms, new washer/dryer and new curtains all around. Located on the corner of Liliuokalani and Ala Wai Boulevard, allows for easy access to the highway and all the other attractions Oahu has to offer. Covered secure assigned parking is included. No per night charge for additional guests. (Same price for 1 to 6 people) The city and county of Honolulu have begun to crack down on unlicensed vacation rentals. WE ARE NOT ONE OF THEM. We are fully licensed. Our vacation rental license number is 90/TVU-0929 and our Hawaii tax ID is W30147628-01. The proposed regulations being considered by the legislature would require all advertisements to contain the address of the rental. In anticipation of the new requirements, the address is; 320 Liliuokalani Ave. #1005 Honolulu, HI 96815
