The yards are landscaped with rock walls, creeping flowering plants, lawns, flower beds, sitting areas, and post & rail fences. You may prepare gourmet meals on either the AGA propane four oven stove or the wood burning Heartland Oval Stove. Curl up in front of a crackling fire by the floor to ceiling, hand crafted, stone fire place. Watch spectacular sunsets over the water from your living room windows. With the Sober Island shoreline at your feet, sea kayaking among the islands is a dream come true. This home is so unique, warm, and inviting that you and your guests will never want to leave. Additional amenities include a small guest house 80 feet from main house. It is wired with electricity and fully insulated on two floors. The ground floor has a sitting area while the upper level is a loft sleeping area. This extra living space can also be used for private time, or a play space where kids can enjoy their own private getaway. Sheet Harbour, Nova Scotia, Canada, is a quiet, friendly and well-serviced rural village on the eastern shore of Nova Scotia ten minutes from the home.
