When you walk into our newly remodeled beach home, you will immediately lock your eyes onto the magnificent ocean view from almost every room. Our home is within a 5-10 minute walk to several beaches including Victoria Beach and Woods Cove. You can also take a stroll into downtown Laguna Beach from this prime location. This home was remodeled down to the studs in 2006 with custom hardwood flooring, travertine, granite counter tops, and marble throughout the house. No expense was sparred in this home. There are 3 terrace's to take in the view as well as a brand new built-in barbecue, spa and fire pit in the spacious backyard.
