This cottage is fully fenced with a private yard with lush tropical landscaping & plants. The pool has a screened enclosure to protect against harmful sun rays & summer time bugs. A beach like tiki bar by the pool is fine for breakfast or sun downer cocktails. A warm sun porch at the front door is lovely for morning coffee or afternoon cake. Each room has a new ceiling fan. Wood & tile floors are newly refinished inside. Wireless wifi, satellite TV & telephone are included free of charge. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed. The smaller bedroom has 2 twin beds. A queen sleeper is in the living room. All bedding, towles, & furnishings are new. Beach toys, chairs, umbrella & wagon to pull kids & beach items to the beach are there for you!
We have a 1 car automatic garage. There is a gas grill for outdoor grilling. Washer & dryer are also included. Inside we have a new dishwasher. A microwave, glass top stove, oven, ice maker & filtered water can be found inside. All amenities are new!

Test dive a NASCAR stock car to 200 miles per hour! 1 hour to Walt Disney World and other Orlando attractions. 45 minutes drive to St. Augustine the nations oldest city full of culture and the country's oldest school house and watermill bar. You can also visit the Beltz Outlet shops with over 200 brand name stores. Dont miss the Alligator farm exhibit.
