The living room has a 42 inch plasma flat screen TV and has a great view of Mount Helix. The bathroom has a shower only. Equipped with digital cable and WIFI. The local trolley goes into downtown and also stops at Petco Park, home of the San Diego Padres and the Convention Center (home of Comic Con). FAX services available. Laundry facilities are available at no additional cost. There is also a large patio with table and chairs, a barbecue and a pool/jacuzzi (available May through October). There is no smoking within the rental. Pets are subject to prior approval. There are a variety of restaurants, casinos and shopping nearby. Shorter and longer stays are available. An additional $200.00 refundable reservation/security deposit is payable (via PayPal) in advance to hold the apartment. References available. Weekly rate will be $500/wk beginning June 1st.
