The grounds are large grassy lawns dotted with palm trees. Condos have a view of the golf course and swimming pool with the higher floor condos overlooking the Caribbean and Cozumel from the roof terraces. The front of the lot is located on a quiet avenue in the gated community of Playacar. The area at the back of the lot is surrounded by trees and acts as a natural barrier between the complex and the golf course. The Paseo Del Sol complex has a common area, which includes a swimming pool, waterfall and a rooftop bar with barbecue area. Landscaping is provided at the highest level with a tropical garden and lights.
