This is a beautiful courtyard pool home, 600' from the Atlantic Ocean in the most beautiful Hammock Beach Resort. We love Sandpiper Too. The main house is spacious with a large master suite wing that is both pool front and golf course front. This wing connects to the family wing through a bright and beautiful living, dining and kitchen area. The second bedroom is a twin with big glass doors that open onto the pool courtyard. We can make the twins into a fluffy king with a featherbed - ooh la la!! A nice big bathroom and a laundry room complete this part of the home. Oh, and don't forget the two car garage. The casita is across the courtyard and is a perfect hideaway bedroom and bath ensuite - totally separate and private. Sandpiper Too! is next to Sandpiper House, our wonderful big 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, also in Ocean Hammock. Together they make a beautiful home for a family reunion, accommodating up to 16 guests in the 8 bedrooms total. We are pleased to offer concierge services, babysitters, pet sitters, personal chefs, masseuses, as well as just really nice people to help you on your way to a great vacation. We are pet-friendly, as are our beaches! Our prices include all taxes and housekeeping. The only additonal charge will be $125 plus tax per pet per vacation, and any concierge services.
