Terrazas del Sol is situated in the upper part of Riviera del Sol/Calahonda & has uninterrupted views of the coast and sea. There are two swimming pools and gardens to sunbath/play.

The Apartment consists of Lounge/Diner with 3 seater leather double divan sofa bed, 2 seater sofa, large stool, dining table & chairs,Satellite tv, video,dvd. Patio doors to terrace. Ceiling fan and airconditioning.

The Terrace is furnished as a second living area with sofa, chair, coffee table & dining table and chairs. The sunny terrace is south facing to the sea and has a large overhang for very hot days.



Master bedroom with King bed (or 2 singles), ceiling fan & ensuite bathroom. French doors to terrace.
Guest bedroom with 2 singles (or Queen bed), & ceiling fan. A bathroom is next door.

Kitchen fully fitted & equipped with full oven & ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave & fridge freezer. There is a Utility Room off of the kitchen with washing machine etc.

The apartment due to the flexibility of the beds is suitable for families or groups (i.e golfers). There can be 5 seperate beds in 3 different rooms.
Both Riviera del & Calahonda have numerous restaurants & bars to choose from as well as shops and supermarkets. Opencor is open 24 x 7, & a cafe next to Lidl gives wireless internet access for your lap top.

At the bottom of Riviera there is a park, shops restaurants and taxi rank. The Aztec Country Club a short walk from the shops provides and Olympic size swimming pool, tennis, badminton, gym, games room and internet centre as well as food and entertainment.

Beaches - Riviera has its own beach with Max beach restaurant and bars directly onto the beach. However the favourite beach is atr Puerto Cabopino which is only a couple of minutes drive down the coast, her you will find a large stretch of sandy beach with shallow water for children, plent y of sun loungers to hire, water activities and beach bars/cafe directly onto the beach.

Golf- There are over 30 prestigious golf courses on the Costa Del Sol, Riviera has a well established course- Miraflores which has a club house, drining range and golf academy. A short drive from the apartment a new golf course opened in the upper part of Riviera Del Sol - Calanova Golf.

Getting around- We recommend hiring a car, especially with so many places to visit in the area, however the taxi service is very good and reasonable
