There is also a full kitchen w/granite counter tops, assorted appliances and service for 8+. From one balcony steps lead to an impressive private deck complete with jacuzzi, lounge furniture, oversized dining table, and outdoor kitchen including barbecue and fridge. The deck which is adorned with flowering plants has breathtaking panoramic ocean views that include views of Lands End. The penthouse is tastefully decorated with a variety of art, and furniture is custom, and comfortable.

The resort sits on Medano beach and a full array of beach activities are available nearby. Villa La Estancia boasts a poolside restaurant, La Parrilla and another 5 star seafood/steakhouse - La Casona. A swim up bar is included within the large multilevel pool. Food and beverage service is available for both those using the pool and loungers in the private beach area. The resort includes adjacent coffee and expresso shop, grocery/liquor store, fine art and jewelry shops, ice cream vendor and DVD rentals. Villa Del Palmar and Villa del Arco are next to Villa La Estancia and provide further dining, swimming and entertainment options.
