"Hopkins Island Home" escape....live the adventure! PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: "Hopkins Island Home" is a total of 9,000 square feet. There are two levels. The split plan allows the house guest to enjoy 3,500 square feet of their own living space. This includes a beautifully furnished and decorated living room with a large screen TV, a dining room that seats eight, a gourmet kitchen fully equipped, a state of the art laundry center with full size appliances, ironing board, iron and, clothing steamer. There are four bedrooms with a private bath in each room. "Each room has been decorated with its unique bedding and, accent colors". All rooms have a king bed, his and her closets, wall safe, alarm clock, vanity and chair, armoire with TV, basic cable and, individual air conditioners to control your own comfort levels. We provide hair dryer, all house towels, pool towels and bed linens. A toiletry amenities package as well as a starter mini bar is provided complimentary upon your arrival. Certain items are available for purchase at the house if you do not get to the market right away. It may take a day to acclimate yourself to the Island and learn your way around.
