Property Description

Cozy furnished, ground floor (not basement) Studio/Bachelor apartment in modern house. Private side entrance, clean and quiet. Queen bed plus twin size sofa bed. 3 piece bathroom w/ spacious shower stall, and full kitchen. Street Parking. THE SUITE AND ADJACENT OUTSIDE AREAS OF THE PROPERTY ARE TOTALLY NON SMOKING. Sorry, Pets declined. Credit Card required and there is a cancellation policy.

Minimum booking 7 nights unless there are fewer nights between two other bookings, that may be available. Please inquire.

For all bookings a Post departure cleaning fee $50 per stay is collected on arrival. If the booking is more than one month, there is an additional $5 for each full week after the first month.
