The house is located in the resort town of Seaside, on the Necanicum River, 5 blocks to the beach, and near the city center. It is an easy walk to the beach, 2 blocks to the outlet mall and theater, and 7 blocks to resort district with restaurants and shops. Eagles and blue herons are frequent visitors to the riverfront, with a protected estuary just down stream. Fish or canoe from the riverbank, or crab from the bridge, the areas best spot, just 2 blocks away. The home has a large peaceful yard with river access. The large living room is cozy with a Vermont Castings gas fireplace and outdoor deck over looking the river and 6 person outdoor hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped and has a separate dining area. Canoes and kayaks can be rented next door, which also has a full service espresso bar, Internet kiosk; as well as private rooms and dorms for overflow lodging.
