Nice holiday bungalow for rent in the urbanisation of Tropicana Park, Denia, Costa Blanca (Spain). The grounds are situated next to the beach of la Marineta Casiana and Las Rotas, a marine nature reserve. The urbanisation is situated in a quiet area, at walking distance from the town centre of Denia, nearby the luxurious yacht port (La Marina de Denia) and the Royal sailing club of Denia (Club Nautico de Denia). The urbanisation has a central swimming pool, with large garden with palm trees, lawn and flowers. Our bungalow has a terrace at the front looking over the garden and the swimming pool. There is a living room (with 2 extra sofa beds), a dining corner and an open kitchen. The bathroom has a bath tub, and there is a bedroom with two single beds. Denia itself is a town right at the beginning of the Costa Blanca, and in the heart of the Marina Alta. It is known for its mild and sunny climate: never cold in winter, but also not too hot in summer. Denia used to be a small fisher town, but has meanwhile expanded to an attractive touristical town, thanks to the long beaches, its surrounding nature (e.g. Las Rotas marine nature coast, and the Montgo mountain overlooking the town).
