Property Description

2 bedroom Kapalua Golf Villa on the middle of the 10th Fairway of the Kapalua Bay Golf Course. We are on the ground floor and walk ou onto the fairway. Continuously updated, with beautiful tropical motif furnishings and art. Fully equiped kitchen.
We traded for this condominium in 1988 and have been continuously updating it. We were in the Kapalua Villas rental program until October of 2006, and were one of their most popular units. We decided to rent it directly for better control over our clientelle and quality.
It is furnished with ceramic tile and marble, Cherry cabnetry with melmaine interiors,and ceramic tile countertops for heat and stain resistance. As you can see from the floor plane it consists of two separate suites. We love it there

Nearby Amenities

Pool close (but not too close) with two gas grills. The Pineapple grill in the Bay Course clubhouse is just down the cart path. The Kapalua shuttle is free and can take you anywhere on the resort. Napili and Kapalua Bays are straight across the 10th and 18th fairways, so both beaches are an easy walk (it is why we selected this unit in the complex). Beach activities, snorkling,body boarding, surfing, zip lines, wall climbing horse back riding are all close.
