Lots of luxury touches including a second floor loft family room with a wet bar and a third floor crow's nest with panoramic views of the Gulf, Little Lagoon and all of West Beach. We share a nice pier and boat launch with our neighbors so you can bring a small boat or jet skis and dock them at the pier or you can just enjoy the fishing and views from the pier. You can rent a pontoon boat for a day or a kayak for the week. Little Lagoon is a 9-mile wide salt-water lagoon fed by the Gulf. Oh, and don't forget the beach! We are right across the street and have wonderful views from all three levels of the house. You'll find sugar-white sand and no crowds on this quiet stretch of beach. You'll see pelicans, heron and usually there are a few tidal pools to play in. Enjoy watching the fish come in at Lagoon Pass just a couple hundred yards to our east. We are just 3 miles west of Hwy 59 and the "T" so far enough to be away from crowds and condos, but close enough to be near restaurants, shops and more!
