This gorgeous ocean view 3 Bedroom, 2 bath townhome located in the
heart of Avalon is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants,
shops and all the fun things to do while on Catalina Island. The
upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The master bedroom has a
queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed. The downstairs has one
bedroom (full size bed) and a half bath. The living room includes a
super comfy couch for sleeping for two, dining table and chairs for 6
and full kitchen. Amenities include hi-speed internet and
washer/dryer. The outside area has a small yard and wrap around deck
for full ocean views. Sleeps 7-8
The rate is $6000 per month
plus a security deposit.
