Single family home in a quiet HOA community with shared pool, spa, raquetball court and private park. Major cross roads are Higley and Brown, near Falcon Field and close to many attractions such as golf, Baseball's spring training and many reacreation areas to the North. We have many requests about pool access during winter months, the Spa is heated year round but pool is not.
