This lakeside cottage is located in an exclusive, gated residential area. A private garden of soft lawns and flowers leads to the lake and the private mooring The lake Cottage is a charming L-shaped Provencal-style home with two wings connected by a common courtyard. The owner lives in one wing; however there is absolute privacy and an intimate atmosphere is guaranteed. The cottage (1620 sf) offers two bedrooms (with AC) one with a queen sized bed located in a loft, that opens to the single bedroom. If required, a fourth single bed on the upper floor is also available (in a walk-through area)Please take note that this fourth room is available only for children not older than 6 y.o. as the maximum capacity of the property is 3 adults + 1 child not older than 6(the fourth bed is not included in the rental price and will be extracharged)

There is one large bathroom with shower and large marble tub. The living area has a fireplace, and large arched French doors, television and a billiard table. There is a small dining area and a fully equipped kitchen This pretty cottage is very comfortable and is tastefully and carefully furnished with period antiques. Furnishing fabrics and bed and bathroom linen are lovely and create a very romantic atmosphere.

The location is ideal for visiting Isole Borromee,Arona, Stresa, Swiss border, Lake Orta. Many sports such as sailing and windsurfing are available. Trekking trails, horseback riding and three golf clubs are located in nearby. Bycicles are available too
