Hiking and biking trails are accessible directly from the property. Located on Lake Tahoe Boulevard, you’ll be just 10 minutes drive to Camp Richardson Resort and the Lake, and 15 minutes drive to the Casinos! Please Note: because of the steep driveway at Tahoe Bear Cabin, a 4WD is recommended in the winter. Please Note: No smoking is allowed. Evidence of smoking in the house will constitute forfeiture of your entire damage deposit. Pets are allowed, but must be fully housebroken and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. The cost of repairs due to damage or stains left by pets will be withheld from damage deposits.
