The Crane is a studio condo located adjacent to Northwest Creek Marina in the resort community of Fairfield Harbour. This studio is fully furnished including towels, sheets, blankets, and pillows. The sleeping area offers a queen size bed and a futon. The unit has a full size kitchen including refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, and cooking accessories. Enjoy complimentary Starbucks coffee and Tazo teas in suite. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination unit. Private, off street parking is available in front of the unit, and boats and trailers may be parked there as well. A boat ramp with fishing and crabbing pier is just a 3 minute walk down the road. The Recreation Center, convenience store, and waterfront dining is just another 3 minute walk away. The Recreation Center offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, gym, ping pong, pool table, basketball, volleyball, tennis, mini golf, horseshoes, playground, internet usage, fitness classes, bicycle rental, and summer children's camps. Kayak rental and sailing can also be arranged. Downtown New Bern is just a 10 minute drive away offering historic sightseeing, antiquing, and an array of dining. If the beach is what you prefer, take a drive to the Outer Banks (45 minutes) and be sure to visit the state aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. We are a smoke free facility. We welcome pets.
