Property Description

A great place to hang for surfing, enjoying the beach and the breezes all summer and year-round! A front deck to lounge on and watch the activity from above. Wonderful space, redwood, with lots of chairs, table, and fun! Have your afternoon glass of wine or margarita watching the great sunsets! Just a few houses over from the beach access at Beacon's Beach!!! A nice residential one-way street for biking, roller-blading, skate boarding and more. Get some sun on your deck, or take a walk to downtown Encinitas, or to Carlsbad. Take the Coaster train to the Del Mar Races in late July-through early September. Lots of shopping close by, walking distance to great casual dining, lots of activities! Legoland is only 10 minutes away, San Diego 30 minutes to the south, Disneyland is only 75 minutes to the north. Miles of beaches in both directions. If this is booked, send a request for alternate properties!
