Timber Falls is located in the East Vail area, four miles east of the Vail Village. The Town of Vail provides bus service from Timber Falls to Vail Village free of charge. Bus service runs as frequently as every 15 minutes during the ski season, twenty hours a day. This first floor unit is only a 50 yard walk to the bus stop and is only 4-5 miles from Vail Village. The views from Timber Falls are phenomenal with all units either sitting on the banks of the Gore Creek or looking out toward the White River National Forest.
