DOWNSTAIRS LIVING ROOM The downstairs living room has a large LCD TV, Playstation 2, X box, and DVD player with a large assortment of movies, PlayStation / X box games, a mountain of board games and books for the whole family. A large sectional sofa and LoveSac make this a great place for the kids and adults to hang out. A bathroom with a shower is also located on this level. The sofa folds out to a queen bed so this room could easily serve as a fifth bedroom. MAIN LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN The main living area is tastefully and comfortably decorated, with plenty of room for socializing, or just relaxing after a full day of activity in front of the fireplace, Sony plasma TV equipped with high definition DVR, and Bose sound system with CD/DVD player. The kitchen comes fully equipped with newer appliances, granite counter tops, and counter seating with a large dining table with seating for 10. A gas grill is located on the covered deck right outside the kitchen, which makes everything convenient.
