This is a beautiful larger two level condo in Villas Marlin Caribbean ocean front property. It can sleep up to 5 or 6 (6 with kids), with a full kitchen, and has a lovely seaview. It's on a gorgeous, powdery white sand beach, with turquoise, clear, warm water! Great for swimming or boogie boarding in! It's in the heart of the hotel zone (between the Sheraton and Ritz Carlton). It is across from dining and shopping. It has three new pools, jacuzzis, lots of lounge chairs around pools and for beach. There are palapas at all 3 pools. Come on down to the tropics, you'll have a blast! The complex has been newly renovated since the hurricane. It's beautiful! This Condo is fully air conditioned with fully-equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans in all rooms. 2 color TVs with cable, and a dvd/vcr. Large Private balcony overlooks the lovely ocean. Large living room and dining room, 1 large bedroom, and one full bath. Chairs and tables on balcony to enjoy the scenic ocean view, or enjoy an outdoor meal. The view is of the ocean, not the sandy beach. Bedroom: -2 Queen beds, and cable tv & Full bath. Full kitchen, with microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, utensils, pots/pans, dishes, coffee maker, etc., 1 full sized futon/couch in the livingroom, table and chairs in dining area, and bar stools. We have a great deal for up to five or six people! Compare our very low prices to those that sleep 5-6 in Villas Marlin, and elsewhere! It is a larger 1 bedroom, 900 square feet! There's a bar for snacks and drinks in front one of the pools. Small convenience store, cable tv, and free cable internet in the condo. It's the perfect vacation spot- there's so much to do!
