You deserve a holiday that is close to the excitement yet provides a quiet retreat away from all the commotion. Our villa is located in the subdivision of Westbury in Davenport. It is a 10 minute drive to the gates of Disney.
Upon entering the villa you will find an inviting family room with comfortable sofas and a flat screen LCD HDTV. The perfect place to unwind after a day out. There is also a stereo and DVD/VCR available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, utensils, cooking pots, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and more. The open concept allows you to be part of the group whether they are in the family room or dining room.
The dining area has full seating for six people, with a window overlooking the pool. It's ideal for taking a break from the sun while keeping an eye on the children.
The main master bedroom is a room to retire for peace and tranquility.You will have a heavenly sleep in the king size bed with ultra plush pillow top. Adjoining this room is your 3 piece bath with a large luxurious tiled shower. You have your own separate entrance to the pool for those late night dips.
Another lovely master bedroom with queen bed is located near the front of the villa. This bedroom has its own colour TV and three piece bath featuring the oversized tiled shower.
Bedroom Number 3 is a great room for the kids. You’ll find a colour TV with an X Box games console ready to keep the kids busy for hours. The TV has a built in DVD/VCR giving them lots of options while allowing the adults some peace and quiet.
Bedroom Number 4 also is also great for the kids, featuring two twin beds.
A fold out bed from the sofa allows you to sleep ten people in the villa.
The third bathroom is adjacent to the two twin bedrooms. In there you will find a 4 piece bath for the family.
Want more things to do. well, head towards the games room! There you’ll find a dart board, air hockey, foosball and pool tables.
It just wouldn't be Florida witout your own private pool. Enjoy maximum sun with our south west facing pool. With no one behind you, there is added privacy.

You have it all close at hand. Enjoy all the attractions that Disney has to offer. Shopping, restaurants and golf are all very close. If you want to try the beach you can choose either the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean. Both are within an hours drive. Why not take in some sights on the everglades or visit the Space Cente while you are here. Anyway you look at it Florida has it all. Come and enjoy your holiday by disney.
