This part has the back yard with patio, table, chairs and umbrella. This entire house is included and perfect for large family gathering, reunion, club meeting, wedding or church group, etc. However, you may also rent just the front or the back. Contact us for rates. This home is beautifully decorated in the Traditional style with blues, greens, reds and browns. It is definitely not a "party house", and this is definitely not a "party neighborhood".
