The Boat Docks A deep water boat slip will accomodate boats up to 25' and a launching ramp is located on the property.
The Patio A large patio, located off of the living room offers immediate access to a large deck overlooking the pool, the boat docks, and the beautiful evening sunsets.

Property Description

Our romantic efficiency condo at Stripers Landing on Smith Mountain Lake offers a lakefront setting overlooking a large swimming pool, the boat docks, and beautiful sunset views. Our condo is newly renovated in 2000 and most furnishings are new. Decorated in a "Florida Keys" style, it has new paint and wallpaper, and the paintings and accessories add to the vacation feel. The living room and bedroom have new hardwood floors and the bathroom and kitchen area have new ceramic tile floors. Located on the ground floor, a large patio and deck offer beautiful views of the lake and the evening sunsets. The condo is located in a quiet cove just off the main channel of the lake. A deep water boat slip comes with the condo and there is a boat launching ramp on the condo property. One of the largest swimming pools on Smith Mountain Lake is open from mid-May to mid-Sept.
