The large lounge room is furnished with a nice double sofa bed, a puff, a bookcase, a round table with elegant chairs and telephone. The double bedroom is furnished with a very nice king-size bed, an angular divan, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas-stove, oven, fridge, washing-machine, pots, cutlery. The large bathroom is equipped with a bath-tub (and an hand shower). The apartment is complete with linens.

The apartment is very quiet and silent. The apartment has a central heating with radiators in every room.
