The home's lakefront location is perfect for enjoying the view of the main channel from either the dock or one of the three decks that surround the home on each level. The cove location provides protection from main channel wake, while still providing a fantastic view of the main channel. The oversized hot tub, located on the lower level patio also overlooks the cove as well as the main channel and is perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun on the Lake. There is also a large flat grassy area directly in front of the lakefront, perfect for a game of washers or for fishing. The home also has an oversized garage as well as driveway to provide for parking of up to 6 cars. Six of the seven bedrooms contain queen size beds. The seventh bedroom as well as the 8th room which is a bunk room will have an additional two futon bunk beds. The living areas on both the 1st and 3rd levels contain queen size sofa sleepers as well as 52 inch flat screen LCD TV's with Direct TV. Two of the 7 bedroom contain private bathrooms while the additional 3 bathrooms are shared between the 5 additional bedrooms and bunk room. A pool table as well as a foosball table are located on the 2nd level of the home along with a dart board and additional board games. Drive time to grocery stores in Sunrise Beach, MO is around 15-20 minutes, Camdenton and Osage Beach are both near a 30 minute drive from the home.
