Unit COMPLETELY redecorated in a light and bright cottage style January of '09 (see new photos below), with all new furniture (living and dining room, both bedrooms, and lanai), carpeting, window treatments (plantation shutters), bed linens, patio furniture, and flat panel TV. There are DVD players in living room and both bedrooms, and an extensive DVD library. We purchased all new silverware,utensils, and cookware this year as well. Unit includes a fully stocked closet with beach towels and chairs for use during your stay, as well as games, puzzles, and paperbacks to enjoy while you are here. Our bright and sunny unit is located on the west corner of one of the two buildings closest to and directly facing the ocean. We are located on the third level with a clear view above the dune vegetation (there is ground level parking and condos located on levels 2-4). You will enjoy lovely vistas of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from the entire living/dining/kitchen area as well as the master bedroom and fully screened lanai. Also, because we are an end unit, there are large side windows in the living and dining rooms that provide an abundance of natural light as well as additional views of the water and lush native island vegetation. Our west corner location offers both direct gulf front views and privacy, both in the condo and on the lanai, with no pool noise during the day or distracting lights at night. Watch for dolphins and seabirds by day and sleep to the sound of waves and crickets at night.
