Second bedroom has full sized bed with twin bunk and a separate twin sized bed. Living room has a Queen sized sleep sofa with 37" 1080p LCD TV with Blu-Ray DVD player. Our cottage is situated in a very desirable location- two minute walk to the family pool, basketball, playground, and picnic table areas.
