Boasting 4 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, Villa Margarita is the ideal choice for both families and couples, offering the perfect retreat for those relaxing moments. The villa is south facing, over looking the large 28’ x 13’ fully enclosed, heated swimming pool. Beyond the pool is a beautiful private lake and woodlands. The shaded lanai provides outdoor dining for 8 people and for the sun lovers there are loungers and sun chairs around the pool for 8.

Accommodation

From the front door you enter the formal living and dining room, with magnificent views through the south facing patio doors to the lake. The traditional brown leather sofas and furnishings, complement the elegant dining suite that seats 8 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with built in oven, ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer and full range of dishes, glasses utensils etc. There is a separate utility room with washer, dryer, sink, iron etc. that leads via an internal door to the triple car garage. Here you will find plenty extra storage and bikes. The nook and family room open off the kitchen for less formal meals or just relaxing in front of the plasma TV. There is also a DVD player and music system, together with broadband internet and telephone. The master bedroom suite is south facing and opens on to the lanai. It is comfortably furnished with a king size bed, sitting area and has TV and video and telephone point. From here you enter the master bathroom with double sinks, raised bath and walk in shower. There a re a further 3 large bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and a shared bathroom between the other 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms have large wardrobes and dressing tables. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and supply of towels. We also provide beach towels.

Club House

Included in your rental is full use of the ‘on site’ club-house and all its facilities. There is a magnificent spa and heated pool with sun bathing area and a separate children’s splash fountain and play area. The Gym, with cardio and weight equipment is open 24/7.
