Property Description

The best of both worlds! Built in 2005 on the narrow barrier island of Fenwick, this sumptuous, multi million-dollar home sits on the bay, but is located just 2 blocks from the ocean. Enjoy spectacular views of the bay. Bring your own boat or paddle off from the private dock in one of the new kayaks. Swim in the ocean all day & return to the heated pool -extra fee for heat) a dip before dinner. This fabulous property includes 2 permits for parking 40 feet from the beach, plus the use of 3 kayaks and 4 beach bikes. The house boasts 3 master suites, 1 contains a soaking tub & a large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads. Another bedroom includes a single and a queen; 1 bedroom has 2 sets of bunks; and the den offers 1 queen-size sleeper sofa and 1 regular sofa. Adjacent to the pool, the den also features a wet bar. Amenities include 2 fridges, 2 sinks, Hi Speed Internet with WIFI, a 42 inch HD plasma, 4 more TVs/DVDs, and a party-size 2nd-floor deck overlooking the bay-ideal for a wedding. Relax in the soothing 7 person hot tub and enjoy playing on the full size ping pong table.

Check in is 3 PM, and check out is 10 AM. Early check ins and check outs by request for a fee in September to May rentals ($75) We do not rent partial weeks from May 30 to Aug 30. We can accept credit cards but do charge a small fee. Cleaning fee is included.
