Surrounded by the clean, tranquil beaches of Fenwick Island, this sparkling new home offers great third-floor ocean views from enormous round windows and decks. Perfect for 3 families with young children or groups of friends, the home features 4 master suites 3 with king-size beds & 1 with a queen-size bed, a room with 2 sets of bunks. You’ll also find a den with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a large playroom with 1 full-size futon and two single futons; and lots of bathrooms- a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and 4 shower/tubs, 4 of which are in Jack-and-Jill (with shared toilet) bathrooms. Sprawl out in the living room in front of the wide-screen LCD high-definition TV with the gang, use Hi Speed Internet-Wifi, or retreat to one of the other 4 cable TVs/DVDs. The spacious, ultra-modern kitchen includes 2 refrigerators and a complete array of cookware and counter top appliances. Also includes high chair, jogging stroller, pack and play, and full size ping-pong table. Nearby you can swim, shell, hike, fish, play miniature golf, golf, boat, & shop at 140 outlet stores. Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. Check in is 3 PM, and check out is 10 AM. Early check ins and check outs by request for a fee in September to May rentals ($75). We do not rent partial weeks from May 30 to Aug 30. We can accept credit cards but do charge a small fee. Cleaning fee is included Bed linens, towels are not included and can be rented and dropped off and picked up at your door. Security Deposit is $1000 and is refundable. Cancellation fee is $250 if we can replace your rental. Rate for heating the pool: $390/week - $190/weekend Tax Rate: 7.50%
