Downstairs features a half bath, kitchen, washer/dryer, combined living and dining area, and a fenced outdoor patio. Upstairs features two bedrooms, and one full bath. This place had recent flood that has cause mildew and mold! The apartment is over 30 years old and has not been renovated in 30 years. The blinds had 3 layers of dust. We had several surprise guests that included several roaches (owner conveniently had roach spray!) and flying large water bugs. The place was awful and our visit was unbearable. DO NOT RENT. SAVE YOURSELF HEARTACHE. WE paid for our visit in full and owner refused any refund based on these conditions. Neighbors will confirm the condition. Spend more money or just sleep on the beach.

Owner Response: It is very sad when someone tries to sabatoge you. This is the first complaint we have ever recieved at our condo. First of all, our condo has NEVER flooded, not sure where this information came from, but it is totally false. I refused a refund because the guest stated that her husband had allergies and the invisible "mold" from the non-existant flood made them flare up. I have no control over a person's health conditions. We are just a hard working family that enjoys the beach. THanks for reviewing our home away from home, and enjoy your stay in the wonderful SSI!!!!!
