Property Description

House 2B/1B with full kitchen, living room, dining room, office/entertainment room and carport. King bed in oversized master bedroom and two twins in 2nd bedroom. Huge lanai (400 sq ft). Large yard with flowers and shrubs. Flat screen 23" TV with DVD/CVR in office and master bedroom. DishNetwork TV and cable Internet. Local telephone service. Two office desks and two computers. Forever View is our home. Beginning summer of 2009 we are becoming snow bunnies making our home available while visiting family on the mainland during part of August, all of September, October and part of November. The following summer, Forever View will again be available for six months beginning in mid May. We prefer renters prepared to stay for long periods while Forever View is available. However, we must be flexible and will accept weekly periods. Enjoy our warm days and cool nights.
