Great place to stay! This luxuriously re-modeled duplex is located 130 steps to beach access or 100 steps (or approx. 1 and a half minute walk) to the main part of town (Encinitas Village on Coast Hwy 101) in the famous Moonlight Beach area where you will find restaurants, shopping, and more. Professionally decorated interior with top of the line appliances and furnishings. Short walk to train station and drive to numerous attractions in the southern California area. We have beautiful new mountain bikes, Wet Suites, BBQ, Bogie Boards, Snorkel Gear, Board Games, Fire Pit, Play Pin, High Chair and much more for you use. The kitchen is full equipped with wine cooler, blender, magic bullet, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, and all the rest. The Living room is comfortable with fireplace, vaulted ceilings. The garage is stocked with toys and games for all ages. The house is stocked with lots of linens, blankets and extra beds. The location is wonderful. Moonlight Beach is divided off for not only surfing but swimming and boogie boarding which is great fun for all ages. Also you will find fire pits, volleyball, fun kids playground and sometimes you can take in a concert on the beach or just watch it all and just get a suntan. There are restrooms too. Please request any extras that would make your vacation as special as possible at no extra charge and we will try to accommodate you.
