There are 3 bedrooms, each with a new queen bed and TV. National forest land is only a half block away and there are numerous trails for walking, jogging, biking and even Winter activities. The beaches of Lake Tahoe, Heavenly Valley and the casinos at Stateline are about a 10 minute drive. Sierra at Tahoe ski area about 15 to 20 minutes. No Smoking, No Pets - No Exceptions
