This home is perched on a private 2 acre hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the monumental Rogue River Bridge, the Port of Gold Beach, and the mouth of the Rogue River as it empties into the Pacific Ocean. The incredible ocean views stretching south to Cape Sebastian are complemented by the pounding surf as it crashes upon the rocks of the jetty. Pacific Sunset is often enjoyed by families of outdoorsmen and fishermen who can gaze from the large deck upon their loved ones fishing in the bay below. In the fall you will often see 80+ boats trolling the bay for famous Chinook Salmon returning to the Rogue River.
