This is a single family residence located on almost an acre in the heart of old Solana Beach. The residence is an ocean view property and is located within walking distance to numerous restaurants, beach, shopping, train station and Cedros Design District. The home has been created for a lifestyle based on Southern California outdoor living. The residence itself is approximately 2,000+ square feet. In addition, there is almost another 2000 square feet of patios, walks, and decks. Solana Beach is located 18 miles north of San Diego and is also adjacent to Del Mar and the famous Del Mar Race Track which has a year round wagering facility. The communities of Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Cardiff by the Sea, Leucadia, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Carmel Valley, are all within a 5 to 15 minute drive from the residence.
