WILL OFFER FLEXIBLE ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES;see below.  Tropical Gulf indirect acess, waterfront home in idyllic Marco Island. Three bedroom, two bath home on intercoastal waterway with dock, heated pool and large lanai. Beautifully furnished, sleeps six to eight. Fully appointed kitchen and dining room. House is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans and vaulted ceilings. Large master suite with luxurious bath. Beautiful water views from every room. Within walking distance of two beaches, churches, library, and YMCA.  NOTICE:You need a pass for accessing Residence Beach parking lot and area, however there is a public access boardwalk one block south adjacent to Residents well within walking from house and much less crowded.

Responding back to potential customers with an update as to rental schedules.
As you know, I've stated that we rent Saturday to Saturday.  this is what most in the industry do.
However, if I offer mid arrivals and departures, the benefit clearly favors the renter which reduced airfare costs.
Realizing that, especially in these economic times, if I offer mid week, post such on my calendar, then the
other rental customers would be able to leverage the mid week times within their plans to also take advantage to
cheaper air.  Deb and I are renters for others to enjoy paradise when we cannot.
