Our house is on Park Place, a beautiful, tree-lined, wide street in Ocean City’s north-end section. The property is a recently renovated 80 year-old duplex.

The lower unit is available for seasonal rentals and features 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and eat-in kitchen. This unit sleeps four and makes up the lower level of the house. This unit is not currently available for the 2005 season. However we will be accepting requests for off-season rentals.

The upper, main unit (or upper cottage) makes up the upper three floors of the house and has just
been renovated. The house features 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 decks,
off-street parking and more!
