Princess Palace is the former home of the author of The Princess Diaries!  No detail was spared in the design of this incredible home! Princess Palace is located at 1122 Seminary Street, a quiet street in old town. The home greets you immediately by lush landscaping surrounding beautiful slate walkways and is enclosed by your white picket fence. A large front porch with chairs serves as a perfect place for relaxing in the warm Key West air. Upon entrance you are immediately greeted by beautiful hardwood flooring, Venetian Plaster walls throughout and exquisite chandeliers’! To your left is a smaller bedroom, that could easily be used as a study, with windows looking out over the homes lush landscaping, daybed and ensuite bath. Follow the stairs upstairs to find an incredible bathroom which is fully mirrored and offers a fabulous Jacuzzi tub. The bedroom has gorgeous four post bed, great closet and lovely view of the front yards foliage. Master bedroom offers a King bed, and ensuite bath fully equipped with stand up shower with built in wall jets. This bedroom has French doors opening up onto a large deck with lounge chairs that offers both privacy and a view! The Kitchen offers a Wolf Gas 6 burner stove, double Ovens, Subzero Refrigerator, wine cooler and trash compactor. All kitchen appliances are stainless steel and your kitchen comes fully stocked with all dishes, appliances and utensils needed to cook a gourmet meal. Dining room offers French doors which open up onto your deck and private pool with a lovely waterfall, a Key West must. Living room includes a flat screen housed in a classically styled retractable tv stand. The entire home is wired with a fully integrated Crestron Sound system. The fourth bedroom is an attached cottage with private entrance. The cottage is decorated with a wall mounted flat screen tv, two single beds and a Queen sized sleeper sofa. This cottage also offers an ensuite bathroom with tub and a beautiful kitchenette with table and seating. Your cottage opens up to both the pool and the lushly landscaped back courtyard where you will find a charming table and chairs and propane BBQ Grill!
