Property Description

Sunrise and Sunset is the one and only 6/6 bath duplex with a private pool in this area. Both sides can be rented for a discount.* There is a connecting door and each side can accomodate 16. There are two master suites! The master suite on the third floor has a private balcony overlooking the gulf. Each master suite has a king size bed. There is also a balcony off the living room as well as a full size laundry room. The 26' x 14' pool is beachside and can only be used by guests renting Sunrise and Sunset. One room is set up for children with 2 double/twin bunk beds (double on bottom and twin on top). There is also covered parking.
