Nearby Attractions: - The house is in the middle of Indialantic, ONE OF THE JEWELS OF FLORIDA'S ATLANTIC COAST LESS THAN AN HOUR FROM ORLANDO; many activities in the area, such as some of Florida's most famous fishing and treasure hunting. You will be just minutes from Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center and a number of various attractions in addition to the main one - THE BEACH. Fishing, boating, sunbathing, walking, golfing, water ski, jet ski, treasure hunt, you can have it all!
At first you are always skeptical about renting a house online because you are unsure how true the photo and ad is. Upon arrival my family and I were stunned to see just how beautiful everything was. The house was perfectly maintained, and cleaner than any hotel I have ever been in, with many extras like beach towels and pool and beach toys. The beach front was private as advertised, it was so nice to have the whole area uncrowded for our family to enjoy playing volleyball or just lounging in the sand. While we were there we enjoyed grilling by the pool and also dinner at some of the best restaurants around, our favorites were squid lips and djons! We also got some fantastic fresh shrimp from the seafood company right down the road! It was truly a little piece of paradise! From booking to check out we couldn't ask for better service! We were a little sad to leave But are looking forward to going back again next year!
Reserving and accessing the property was very easy. Loved the guest and main houses and tennis court. Also, the security fencing around houses and pool is excellent (we had an inquisitive 5-year old who is not quite swimming yet who couldn't gain access to pool or leave the grounds on his own). The bbq grill did not work well (only one burner worked and we had to finish cooking in the house). The pillows in the master were awful; it would be nice to have spares in the house. These were the only issues we had with the property. The location is amazing! Walking from the back of the house to the beach, strolling on the sand while collecting sea shells, chasing crabs in the evening, watching the sunrise with a cup of tea in the morning -- these are the memories imprinted on our mind. We are a family of 10 and there were plenty of plates, bowls, cups and glasses for everyone. All the appliances in the main house are nice. Huge breakfast bar to handle all the kiddos for breakfast and lunch. Grocery stores, movie theater, shops and restaurants are close. Salt-water swimming pool between guest and main house was wonderful.
We stayed at this house in Aug of 2011 and frankly the pictures do not do it justice. The house was wonderful, marble floors, in ceiling sound system, movie selection, game system. The owner really thought of everything. His local handy man was super nice and responsive to my questions. I would without a doubt recommend this house to anyone. In fact we are even thinking of renting the same property next summer!!!
We all had the time of our lives and everything was just so beautiful!! This place is everything we expected and more!! I just can't believe how awesome the waves are here... all of the guys took surf lessons from a local guy and had a great time and the house, pool, hot tub and tennis courts are .... well... just out of this world. The entire family is so impressed that we are already talking about making this a yearly thing. We love how the house is so spread out that we can all have our own space ... and all of the beach and pool toys are a little bonus. Zak was a great help with everything and is so kind. We had 9 adults, 1 teenager and a toddler and had plenty of room and privacy if we wanted it. The best part was that it was so private yet if we wanted to do something "touristy" we didn't have to go very far. We stayed at the beach and pool all day ... out to dinner/walk around and do "touristy" things .... then back home to get into the hot tub to finish our night!! It was a wonderful, perfect vacation that no one wanted to end. Thank you so much for sharing this little piece of paradise with us and making this more than "just a vacation"!!

This house had it all. We were completely comfortable - the house provided all the comforts of home, and then some. The beach was beautiful and the pool was perfect for letting the little ones just splash around. The property owner kept in touch with us to see that we were happy and the property manager was quick to handle any of our questions or issues. We definitely plan to return for more fun in the sun at this wonderful beach house.

Great historic town with great food close by. Disney and Space Center as well. My family vacationed in June and actually witnessed sea turtles laying eggs. Some lucky family needs to witness the hatching of the eggs!!!!! Will definitely go back!!!!! The owner answers any questions you may have.

This is more than just a rental beach house it is truly a resort with so many extra amenities. The entire family from the grandparents down to the youngest ( 8yr. old) have been enjoying the beach, the pool and jacuzzi, the tennis courts and all the land to play other games outside. Inside the place is fully equipped, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated and maintained. There's so much space inside and out that even with this many people we don't feel at all crowded. There's also a separate guest house as an added bonus. It is just a perfect getaway; oh and the view!!!! I can see the ocean from the room I'm in now. I can't say enough about this fantastic getaway. There are also many great restaurants, lots of activities, and plenty of shopping nearby. Lastly, both the owner and property manager have been available before and during our visit to answer any questions we've had. Hopefully, we'll be back again next year; we're certainly talking about it!

Property is on beach and at a great location; Kennedy Space Center and other attractions. The entire property has been completely re-done; tennis court, pool, hot tub, house etc. The house was exceptional and tastefully decorated. Property was cleaned and well maintained. Owner and property manager were very helpful and accessible. Very nice open living and dining area for family and friends to gather. Master bedroom is huge. Everything is supplied from kitchenware to beach chairs. We also had an unexpected surprise. Overnight all week long endangered sea turtles made there way to our beach and layed their eggs. You could see there tracks to their nest and then back to the ocean. Their tracks were 2 to 3 foot wide. Amazing! Just bring your clothes and have a good time.

The house has been totally redone, so it looks brand new, as well as the furnishings and equipment. The location is right on the beach - steps out the back door is a beautiful, quiet beach. There is a deck that looks over the beach, with stairs to get down to the sand. There is also a nice pool and hot tub, as well as a brand new tennis court. Everything you need has been provided - tennis equipment, beach chairs, pool toys, towels... Great for kids as everything has alarms and is fenced in. Would highly recommend and hope to go back again! Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This is our 2nd year renting a home from Daniel and I can tell you that he is an excellent homeowner. Everything about the house was great, the location, cleanliness, spaciousness, towels, etc. Everything was terrific and well thought out! The beach is great, almost like having a private beach and the pool and spa were perfect, with the added bonus of the tennis courts my kids were well occupied the entire time. There were 6 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. My nephew is in a wheelchair and this house was perfect for him - he was able to wheel around the entire house with no real problems. I can't say enough good things about this home on Indialantic or the house in Melbourne - we have stayed in both and loved them both. We're already talking about booking for next year's Spring Break. Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, pet owners, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway.
Guest: Rick (Chicago) Review Submitted: 04/02/11 My family and I were fortunate enough to be one of the first to stay here after a complete renovation. I have just one word to say...WOW. The accommodations were outstanding. It was obvious from the first minute we arrived that a lot of time, effort and thought had gone into getting this house ready for guests. Everything you could possibly want or need is within a 5 minute drive in either direction. We did our shopping the first afternoon at the nearest grocery (5 mins) and settled in for what we came down to Florida for...sun and relaxation. From the beach to the pool to the hot tub. Repeat. Repeat again. It was awesome. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, an outdoor shower and a stand alone cooler for libations. We walked the beach, body surfed and swam in the 77 degree azure waters, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Oh, and did I mention your own private tennis court? Also newly resurfaced and updated. All in all, we had an excellent time and would recommend this as a place to stay for anyone who needs to get away....but not too far away. It is after all, a resort area. But, it also meant that when I discovered a dead rental car battery the morning we were leaving for Orlando and our return flight to Chicago, I simply crossed the street to the local gas station. The really nice folks there gave me a jump and we were on our way. Made the flight with plenty of time to spare. We would happily come back. Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.
