My family and I spent a great week at Homeport.. Extremely comfortable. Five beautiful bedrooms, a big yard which the children enjoyed all week, nice kitchen to work in with a beautiful, functional refrigerator, gas stove and movable pantry. The front porch was a delight with friendly neighbors. The area was very safe and friendly. Weinberg's bakery was a superb place to get pastry and fresh bagels every day. The beach is just around the corner. The grill was excellent for outside cooking. My family keeps telling me what a great choice I made in choosing Homeport to spend a summer week in. We will always have fond memories of Homeport in Hull. There were 9 of us and we were always comfortable.
I just spent a magical week with my family at Homeport. It's wonderful to get together with our adult children, but it's truly special when the environment is so comfortable and conducive to fun times. We divided our time by walking to and swimming at the pristine beach, drinking morning coffee on the huge wrap-around front porch, eating bar-b-que dinners in the spacious grassy backyard on a picnic table. Homeport has first-class amenities – fluffy towels, comfortable beds, great flat-screen TV, Internet access - while still maintaining the charm of an old Victorian home. I have terrific memories of Nantasket Beach from my childhood, and now I have new memories of my family at this lovely home.
I stayed here for a weekend with my girls and my boyfriend. My girls still haven't stopped talking about how wonderful the beach is. We've stayed at the Cape before, but now they don't want to go anywhere else !! The beach wasn't rocky and the water was warm and wonderful, not like at the Cape. Everything was wonderful. The house was comfortable and beautifully kept. The backyard was huge and great for relaxing after a day at the beach. Each bedroom had its own special touches and the girls loved their room which had two twin beds with a door to the upper balcony. The owners were easy to work with and immediately made me feel comfortable about renting from them. This house was a minute walk from the beach entrance. We could hear the ocean from the huge front porch when we would sit out there at night. All in all I can't say enough good things about the owners and their property. I feel this was an absolute find and my family and I couldn't have been happier !!!
This beautiful beach house opened its doors to our family and friends for three perfect weeks, Everything was beyond our wildest dreams. This IS what lasting memories are made of...magic was the front porch where we laughed, joked, and noshed, the back yard with its colorful Adirondack chairs, where we spent many afternoons in a large circle telling family stories , the clothes line, the bedrooms, the old fashioned tub,the large dining room table that accommodated our family/friends and where we all enjoyed good food and conversation, the basement with its huge washer/dryer..private dressing room, wonderful shower and convenient rest room. Magic everywhere! The upstairs sun room was conducive to "quiet times, "quality" one on one chats with loved ones and with all those wide open windows, just breathing in the salt air and being able to see the ocean was in itself a delight. The house, porch, backyard {plus all the amenities including beach towels, chairs, linens, lush bath towels, paper goods, and much more} allowed each and everyone to enjoy every minute, hour, day and night. No one who visited wanted to leave....especially us, All too soon, our three weeks ended, but our memories of all that we were fortunate to have experienced will linger in our mind's and hearts forever. Thank you Susan and Richard for creating this very special place. The beach was the first attraction for our "Hull, Massachusetts" vacation......but your beautiful Beach House is now our reason to return.
I spent the weekend at this beautiful home with my daughter and friends. Just loved it! The house is incredible! With the cool beach colors and the sound of the waves crashing, I immeditely began to relax. The porch is wonderful for morning coffee after a walk on the beach gathering sea glass. At night fell a sleep in a comfortable bed listening to the ocean. Just perfect!
