Enjoy a week in this new three bedroom, three bath lakefront home located in a nice, quiet development near the North Carolina/Virginia border on Kerr Lake. Relax in rural surroundings while only 20 minutes from I-85 at Henderson NC. Historic Clarksville VA is also nearby. Bring your boat, launch from one of several public boat ramps only minutes from the house and tie up at the home's private dock on a cove just off the main lake. Ski, wakeboard, tube, and fish in the numerous coves and inlets along the lake. Enjoy relaxing evenings or a family meal on the large wrap around deck facing the lake.

This beautiful lake house features an expansive second floor master suite with a king bed and private full bath. First floor includes two more bedrooms, one with a private bath and a queen bed. The third bedroom is setup with two sets of twin size bunk beds (4 beds) for the children or extra adults. Just across the hall is the third full bath. In case a little extra sleeping space is needed the living area has a queen sleeper sofa. House comfortably accommodates up to 8 or 9 adults/children.

On the lakeside of the house are the living and dining rooms with windows two stories high. The living area includes a gas fireplace and the dining area has a full dining table with six chairs. Extra folding chairs are available. Meal preparation is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen with all brand new appliances and an extra deep double sink. Other electric appliances include toaster, blender, mixer, coffee maker, and Belgian waffle maker. For outdoor cooking and dining on the deck there is a gas grill, outdoor dining table with 6 chairs, and picnic table. Meal cleanup is no problem with the built in dishwasher. A full size clothes washer and dryer is on the main floor. A ten foot jon boat with paddles and life jackets is available at the house. Other amenities include Satellite TV, VCR/DVD in the living area and in the third bedroom. Video tapes are available including a number of family classics and many children's movies. Stereo in the living area with remote speakers outside on the deck. Assorted CD's of popular rock and new age. Additionally the third bedroom TV has a Sega Genesis video game with assorted games suitable for young and old kids.
