Property Description

Southwest style stucco single level family home, 2-bedroom, and 2-bath built in 2001. Only a 5-minute walk takes you to the 18-hole championship golf course, pools and activity center. The house is full furnished. Each bedroom features a walk-in closet and queen size beds. All bedding and bath towels are furnished. Just bring your toothpaste and toothbrush. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house. The guest bedroom looks onto the beautiful desert landscape and the SanTan mountains. The home is all tile construction except for the bedrooms. The living room has a couch, loveseat, coffee tables, end tables, TV, VCR and DVD player. The kitchen and dining room are fully furnished with smooth-top stove, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The dining room seats 6-people.
